Personalized Sessions: In each session, we take the time to understand your individual requirements, preferences, and goals. We are thankful for your trust in us as we craft a customized experience that may incorporate a blend of modalities to ensure you receive the most effective care.

Integrated Approach: Our sessions may include education, corrective exercises, development of a home exercise program, lifestyle coaching, breathwork, meditation, and manual therapies such as soft tissue mobilization, joint mobilization, the John F. Barnes Myofascial Release Approach, and dry needling.

  1. Physical Therapy: Our physical therapy sessions are designed to improve your physical health and well-being. Initial sessions involve a comprehensive assessment to understand your specific needs, followed by tailored treatment plans that may include therapeutic exercises, activities, neuromuscular re-education, and manual therapies such as soft tissue mobilization, joint mobilization, the John F. Barnes Myofascial Release Approach, and dry needling.
  2. John F Barnes Myofascial Release Approach: This approach focuses on the intricate web of connective tissue called fascia, which surrounds and supports your muscles, bones, and organs. It uses myofascial structural release, rebounding, and unwinding to release tension, reduce pain, and improve mobility.
  3. Dry Needling: Dry needling is a safe and effective technique that involves the insertion of thin, sterile needles into specific trigger points or knots in your muscles. This targeted approach can help alleviate pain and improve your range of motion.
  4. Yoga: Our one-on-one yoga sessions are a holistic wellness experience. We are grateful for the opportunity to tailor these sessions exclusively to you, with personalized guidance to improve flexibility, strength, posture, and inner peace. We explore not just physical postures but also breathing techniques, meditation, and relaxation methods to enhance your mental clarity and overall well-being. These sessions can also include breathwork to deepen your practice.
  5. Lifestyle Coaching: Our sessions aim to support you in creating lasting positive changes in your life. We are thankful for the trust you place in us as we explore various dimensions of your life, from nutrition and fitness to stress management and goal setting, helping you find balance and fulfillment.

Flexible Scheduling: We offer flexible scheduling through the SquareScheduling platform. Potential and current clients can reach out to us directly to schedule. We are grateful for your time and availability as we work together to find convenient session times.

Location: We provide care at The Yoga Kula Collective in Newnan, a location we are grateful for as it offers a convenient and nurturing environment for your sessions.

Insurance and Reimbursement: We are an out-of-network provider for both federal and commercial insurance companies. We can provide the necessary documentation to support your insurance reimbursement claims, making our services more accessible to you.

Session Investment:

  • Initial Comprehensive Assessment – 2 hours: $222
  • 1 Hour Session: $120
  • 1.5 Hour Session: $180
  • 2 Hour Session: $222
  • Multi-Session Packages: 2 Hour Initial Comprehensive Assessment + 6 Hours of Follow-Up Care – $850 (Original Value of $942)
  • 6 Hours of Care – $650 (Original Value of $720)
  • 12 Hours of Care – $1,200 (Original Value of $1,440)
  • 24 Hours of Care -$2,300 (Original Value of $2,880)
